“The photo galleries on this site represent examples of work made over a number of years and for convenience has been categorised by techniques or subject matter. As happens over a period of time ideas which have been explored once, resurface again. Hence I have not tried to make some time sequence fit the pieces but see it simply as a creative body of work. In this sense it is a good tool for me to assess what I have accomplished and to help plan future directions particularly since I am now just starting to think about and make sculptural work in bronze. As a practical way to learn all the processes in bronze casting I am starting with the self set exercise of translating some of my pots into metal.”
